Baby & Me
Enjoy this time discussing newborn & infant parenting topics and family adjustment issues with other new parents in a relaxed environment. Each week brings a new speaker or baby-centered activity such as Infant Sleep, New Mom Fitness, Infant Massage, Accidental Poisoning, Tummy Time, and many more. Also, this group offers support and connection to parents as they journey through the adjustments and struggles of that sometimes overwhelming first year after the birth of a child. A Registered Nurse from our Perinatal Education Dept will be present at each meeting to share resources and additional support as you care for yourself and baby.
*Note: After you register once, you will receive a weekly Teams invitation & information regarding parking/classrooms via email within 24 hours of group time on Wednesdays. You can either join online or in-person each week. Topics are subject to change due to the nature of having a live speaker. If you choose to come in-person, our group meets at the Cone Health Women's & Children's Center in Greensboro.
