This one-session course prepares children and their parents for the arrival of the new baby. This course is recommended for siblings three to eight years old. Parents learn about ways to help children adjust to a new baby in the home, and children practice how to hold, diaper, and interact with a baby. The class includes a tour of the BirthPlace at Alamance Regional unless temporary visitor restrictions are in place.
