Fees & Payment

  • Services provided during a health fair are provided at no cost.
  • Mobile Health services are billed to employer insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.  We also offer Cone Health Financial Assistance to those who are under-insured/uninsured.

Description

Mobile Medicine BusStaffed by a nurse and health educator, the Cone Health Mobile Screening Van offers the following services to ages 18 and older:

Services Provided

  • Blood pressure screenings
  • Blood sugar checks
  • Patient education about diabetes, weight management and smoking cessation
