Enjoy this time discussing newborn & infant parenting topics and family adjustment issues with other new parents in a relaxed environment. Each week brings a new speaker or baby-centered activity. We encourage new parents and their babies to join us virtually each Wednesday at 11am. Speakers will share information on topics such as Sleep, Tummy Time, Finances, Infant Massage, Safety, Mom Fitness, and Baby Photography & more, along with visits from Pediatric Dentists, Pediatricians, Librarians, and Musicians. Weekly topic & speaker bio listed below in class description during your online registration. No fee.

Today's Topic: Infant Sleep (Birth through 1 year)
Meggan Hartman, PhD, L.E., works internationally as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant and founded the Soul of Motherhood™. She earned her doctorate in Psychology from Meridian University. Subsequent trainings and certifications she has received are Lactation Educator, Psychosynthesis, Dora Kalff Sand-Play Therapy, completed a Postpartum International Support Certification, and a two year internship with Dr. Angelique Millette, PhD which focused on pediatric behavioral sleep issues. Currently Meggan runs her private practice helping parents with sleep issues and finding their footing as parents. In addition, she is a professor at Meridian University teaching developmental psychology.
