This series of 5 weekly classes is for expectant parents who want to learn and practice natural methods of coping with the process of labor and childbirth. Relaxation, breathing, massage, visualization, role of the partner, and helpful positioning are highlighted. Participants learn how to be confident in their body's ability to give birth. This class will empower and help parents make informed decisions about their own care. Includes discussion that will help new parents transition into the immediate postpartum period. We suggest taking this class between 25-32 weeks, but it's only a recommendation. Register early because this class is popular and fills quickly.
