This series of 5 weekly classes is for expectant parents who want to learn and practice natural methods of coping with the process of labor and childbirth. Relaxation tools, breathing patterns, massage techniques, visualization, and helpful positioning will be covered. The role of partners will also be highlighted. Participants learn how to be confident in their body's ability to give birth. We suggest taking this class between 25-32 weeks, but this is only a recommendation.
Preparing for Class
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring 2 pillows and a yoga mat, if available.
