From the first days of pregnancy to your little one’s first steps, Cone Health educators are here to help guide your way to a happy and healthy baby.

Classes taught by certified instructors are available on a variety of topics including childbirth, infant care, parenting, breastfeeding, infant CPR, and more.

  • Labor & Delivery Tour (Alamance Regional)

    Tours of the Women's & Children's Center at Alamance Regional are offered on the first and third Sunday of every month.

  • Natural Childbirth Class (In-Person on Saturdays ~ Greensboro)

    This class is designed for expectant parents who want to learn and practice natural methods of coping with the process of labor and childbirth.

  • Peculiar Dad Network: New Dad Workshop

    This New Dad Workshop covers supporting mom, baby bonding, navigating mental health, and leading at home. Explore the deeper call to intentional, present fatherhood.

  • Super Siblings (In-Person Sibling Class~ Greensboro)

    Crafts, photo opportunities, story time, and more fun activities are included in this one hour and fifteen minute class designed for children ages two to six years old who are welcoming new siblings into their families. Class discussion includes how families care for babies and how children can be helpful in their new roles as big brothers and sisters. This class is sure to be a good time and help your child transition into their new role as a super sibling!

  • Tour (Virtual Guided) - Women's & Children's Center Greensboro

    Be our Guest! This guided tour offers a detailed virtual visit of our Cone Health Women's & Children's Center located in Greensboro. We look forward to meeting you!

  • Understanding Pregnancy ~ Self-Paced eClass (English and Spanish)

    This online class offers you the freedom to complete a pregnancy education series in the comfort of your own home, at your own pace.

  • Waterbirth ~ Virtual Class

    Interested in a waterbirth? In addition to a consultation with your credentialed waterbirth provider, this free, informational online class will help you discover whether waterbirth is the right fit for you. Not all obstetrical practices offer waterbirth, so check with your healthcare provider. **Please do not register more than once for this class. Since we have a limited number of seats available, registering more than once will result in the loss of a class seat for someone else.
