You can register for care in advance of your delivery through MyChart. If you have questions during preregistration, call our Cone Health Pre-Service Center at 336-907-8515 and press option 1

Use MyChart to Preregister

Sign in to MyChart and select "Register for My Delivery" from the main menu to complete your maternity preregistration. Available for female MyChart users ages 18+.

After You Register

After you register, your information will be reviewed by staff at our Cone Health Pre-Service Center.

Please expect a call from this department to confirm the form information and to review any patient financial responsibility; which includes discussing payment plan options, if needed.

Upon arrival of your appointment/procedure date, please bring your current insurance card(s) and driver’s license, if applicable.

Birth Certificate Registration

Please be sure to also complete your birth certificate registration upon completion of your pre-registration.
