You can now register for care in advance of your delivery in one of two ways.
Existing MyChart Users
Existing Cone Health patients can conveniently pre-register through MyChart. Look for "Register for My Delivery" on the MyChart main menu. This option is only available for female MyChart users over age 18.
Login to MyChart
A MyChart account will allow you to see your appointments/procedure dates, view your health history and review test results as part of your care with Cone Health.
New to Cone Health?
If you have never received care at a Cone Health facility, you will not have access to a MyChart account.

If you have questions during the pre-registration process, please call our Cone Health Pre Service Center at 336-907-8515 and press option 1.
After You Register
After you register, your information will be reviewed by staff at our Cone Health Pre-Service Center.
Please expect a call from this department to confirm the form information and to review any patient financial responsibility; which includes discussing payment plan options, if needed.
Upon arrival of your appointment/procedure date, please bring your current insurance card(s) and driver’s license, if applicable.
